This project is a perfect example of how we combine elegance with modern technology. Recently, this homeowner chose to upgrade their property with a set of Residential Gates & Railings that offer complete peace of mind.

Because the client wanted more than just a gate, we designed a “Total Entry Solution” that integrates physical security with smart access control.

The Problem: Security vs. Convenience

Often, homeowners worry that a secure gate will be a hassle to use. However, this project proves that you can have high security without sacrificing convenience.

Therefore, we mounted the gates on sturdy block-work pillars and equipped them with a comprehensive Gate Automation package.

The Solution: Smart Integration

We did not just install motors; we built a connected system.

1. Video Intercom: We installed a surface-mounted intercom on the pillar. Consequently, the residents can see and speak to visitors via a camera before deciding to open the gates remotely.
2. Key Fob Access: The package included high-range key fobs. This means the owners can open the gates from the comfort of their car as they approach the driveway.
3. Safety Sensors: Once the vehicle has passed through, intelligent sensors detect the path is clear and automatically close the gates behind them. Ultimately, this ensures the property is never left open by mistake.
